Shaheed Al-Hafed, 15 August 2020 (SPS) – Spokesperson of the National Committee for the Prevention against Coronavirus, Dr. Mohammed-Salem Al-Sheikh confirmed that there were 129 suspected cases of Coronavirus in the Sahrawi refugee camps, pending the results of the final tests to confirm whether or not they were infected.
During a press conference organized Saturday by the Ministry of Public Health, on the epidemiological situation of the Coronavirus disease, Dr. Mohamed-Salem Al-Sheikh presented statistics related to the suspected infection cases in the Sahrawi refugee camps, confirming that there were 129 suspected cases, including 19 suspected deaths, adding that the suspected deaths included 6 cases aged between 46 and 64, while the other 13 deaths aged 64 and above.
The spokesperson of the National Committee for the Prevention against Coronavirus confirmed that the situation had moved to the third phase of the pandemic, which requires the recruitment of all sectors that can contribute to reducing the spread of the virus, stressing the need for all citizens to adhere to the preventive measures imposed by the authorities since the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic around the world.
As of Friday, the total number of confirmed cases remains 19, including 11 recoveries and 2 deaths, it should be recalled. (SPS)

الشهيد الحافظ 15 أغسطس 2020 (واص)- أكد الناطق الرسمي باسم اللجنة الوطنية للوقاية من فيروس كورونا الدكتور محمد سالم الشيخ ، على أوجود 129 حالة مشتبه في إصابتها بفيروس كورونا في انتظار نتائج التحاليل النهائية لتأكيدها من عدمه.
و أعطى الدكتور محمد سالم الشيخ، خلال ندوة صحفية نظمتها وزارة الصحة العمومية اليوم حول الحالة الوبائية لفيروس كورونا، إحصائيات حول الحالات المشتبه بإصابتها في مخيمات اللاجئين الصحراويين، مؤكدا على أنها وصلت اليوم إلى 129 حالة مشتبه بإصابتها، منها 19 حالة وفاة تحت الاشتباه، مضيفا أن حالات الوفاة المشتبهة منها 6 حالات تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 46 إلى 64 سنة، فيما تتراوح أعمار الـ13 حالة الوفاة الأخرى 64 فما فوق.
و أكد الناطق الرسمي باسم اللجنة الوطنية للوقاية من كورونا على أننا انتقلنا إلى المرحلة الثالثة من الوباء، مما يفرض تجنيد كافة القطاعات التي بإمكانها المساهمة في الحد من انتشار الفيروس، مشددا على ضرورة تقيد كافة المواطنين بالإجراءات الوقائية التي فرضتها السلطات منذ بدء انتشار جائحة كورونا حول العالم.
و أضاف بأن الهدف من تنظيم مثل هذه الندوات الصحفية، هو تزويد الرأي العام بأخر مستجدات فيروس كورونا بمخيمات اللاجئين الصحراويين و الأراضي المحررة و إزالة الغموض حولها.
و في كلمة لها خلال الندوة الصحفية التي حضرها عدد من الأطباء و المختصين، ذكرت وزيرة الصحة العمومية السيدة خيرة بلاهي، بكافة الجهود و الوسائل التي وضعتها الدولة تحت تصرف وزارة الصحة من أجل مجابهة جائحة كورونا، مضيفة أنه يجب على المواطنين توخي الحيطة و الحذر و التقيد بالإجراءات الوقائية بهدف الحد من انتشار هذا الفيروس الذي استعصى على الدول العظمى التي تمتلك أنظمة صحية جد متطورة.
للإشارة، يبقى إجمالي حالات الإصابة المؤكدة إلى غاية أمس الجمعة 19 حالة من بينها 11 حالة تماثلت للشفاء وحالتي وفاة. (واص)
