Tafariti (Liberated Zones), May 20, 2018 (SPS) – The celebrations of the 45th anniversary of the outbreak of the armed struggle took place Sunday in the liberated town of Tifariti, in the presence of the President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Frente POLISARIO, Brahim Ghali, with participation of delegations from the wilayas and national institutions, international personalities and ambassadors of friendly and sister countries in solidarity with the just cause of Sahrawi.
The celebrations began with the organization of military parades of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) units in various fields, which reflect the preparatory level of these units, which proves the high spirit and discipline of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army fighters to maintain security and stability and completion of national sovereignty.
The celebrations also included civil parades by school children of the towns of liberated zones who presented a message of love, peace and innocence to foreign delegations participating in the celebrations, expressing their right to live as the children of the world. (SPS)
