Shaheed El Hafed, May 15, 2016 (SPS) – Minister of National Defense, Lehbib Abdellahi met, on Saturday at the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense, with Deputy Executive Secretary of the North African Regional Capacity (NARC), Ali Mohamed Niab. The meeting was attended by the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Sahrawi National Liberation Army and NARC.
