President of Republic confirms Sahrawi State will be firm in practicing sovereignty over liberated territories | Sahara Press Service

Bir-Lahlou (Liberated Territories), 3 February 2020 (SPS) -The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Frente POLISARIO, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed forces, Brahim Ghali, has assured that the Sahrawi State would be strict in applying the laws of exercising its sovereignty over the liberated territories and measures of imposing public order to combat organized crime, protect national wealth and secure against all threats, especially the activity of the drug-trafficking gangs and the terrorist threat.

In the closing address of the broadened Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (PLA) staff Meeting, Mr. Ibrahim Ghali indicated that the meeting would lay the organizational, moral and psychological foundations for the successful implementation of an annual program entitled combat preparation, focusing on the human factor, the aim of which is to build a military force ready to face all possibilities, including armed struggle, and to establish the sovereignty of the Saharan State over its entire territory.

He stressed that the role of the executives and leaders is central and essential in implementing these programs and plans, and their direct supervision on training, qualification and paying attention to the human element. They are required to unite perception, harmony, integration, field work, idealism, Role models in management, rationalization of potentialities, promotion of administration, providing supportive terms and conditions, and carrying out planned programs.
