A group of Moroccan police officers in civilian clothes kidnapped the young Sahrawi, Bouzaid Othman Bouzaid Moussaoui, at around 6 am on Friday 8th, 2019, and subjected him to torture and severe beatings at the headquarters of the so-called the Wilaya security station in the occupied city of El Aaiun, before deciding to release him, says the Association for the Protection of Sahrawi Prisoners in Moroccan Prisons.
